Villa Rates & Availability
The rates and availability for each boutique villa are published on this website. Please click the 'Rates & Availability' link located on the bottom right of each villa page.
Villa Arrival & Departure Times
Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 10 am.
Due to ferry arrival and departure times to Koh Tao, we are limited with the check in and check out times that we can offer our guests. Arrival time is your choice, however we recommend arrival in the afternoon to be assured that your villa is ready to move into immediately. Where possible early check in and late check out can be arranged upon request and subject to villa availability.
Standard Booking Process
A deposit of one night accommodation is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid in full four weeks prior to your arrival date. Cancellation is required at least four weeks prior to your arrival date for a full refund, if less notice is given the deposit is withheld.
Special Booking Process
For bookings of 30 days the full amount must be paid in order to secure your reservation. Cancellation is required at least two months prior to your arrival date for a full refund, if less notice is given 50% of the booking will be withheld.
